Sorry I'm reply on such an old post but did you design that 3D printed mount for the panel to mount to? If so, would you be willing to sell the print file?
So as the title may imply, I’m wondering if I can piece together a “real” lift from my existing aftermarket shocks/struts. Right now I’ve got Bilstein 5100s on all four corners, with the front set at 1.8in. It still has the slightest bit of rake but was an improvement off road and looks nice...
Thank you very much. I did a 1.8 in level, +0mm offset wheels and tires with a total diameter of just over 32in. I think the higher offset is what's causing my tires to rub in the front on the fog light house and on the rear at the felt liner. It's slight, only enough to make noise. But I do...
So I know this is a few years old at this point, but I was wondering if you could still help me. How much of the felts can you cut without exposing anything sensitive? I have rub on the very bottom on the felts, and the very bottom of the plastic on the front. I'm worried if I go off road it'll...
Well, here it is! I'm loving the look with it at 1.8in. The 5100s ride amazing compared to the FX4 shocks. My only concern is I'm scrubbing a bit at full lock on the fender liners with the crash bars removed, and I'm not sure if the low profile ones I purchased will clear with the 275s.
That's a real solid balance with the ride height setting and tire size! I'm getting my 5100's installed tomorrow as well as new Method 701s and 275/70r17 Falken Wildpeak AT4's. Seeing your truck makes more confident that the 1.8in setting is where I need to be.
