@RangerBill a gentleman and a scholar. Thanks again!
  2. R1234yf Pressure Chart

Thank you @RangerBill ! Do you have suction side as well?
  3. R1234yf Pressure Chart

Anyone have the pressure vs temperature chart from service manual for the 2019 2.3L? I found the generic ones online, but on the F150 forums they are showing very different curves for different years and trims. Just replaced leaking high side schraeder valve, topping system back up.
  4. New Transmission

I mean, I've been wanting to redo the front shocks..... Why not just rip the whole front end suspension out of I'm gonna be halfway there? Lol

  6. New Transmission

Anyone know if the RWD transmission (KB3Z7000A) comes with a torque converter?
  7. Finally a Ford TSB to Try and Fix our Transmission Problems (TSB 24-2046)

Another one bites the dust. My 2019 is coming up on 85k and over the last few weeks started flaring 3-4 (had only been doing intermittent in cold start) and now rough shifting 1-2, 1-3, and 6-4. Dealer called this afternoon, reflash didn't work. Rebuild or replace recommended, both at...
  8. How To: Replace Air Intake Damper Actuator

Replaced my air intake damper actuator today. I've been able to hear/see it dancing around after the vehicle is shut off as it searched for position, and I was intermittently getting FCIM code B11F0:15-08 - Air Intake Damper Position Sensor Additional Fault Symptom: - Circuit Short To Battery...
  9. Left A/C Damper Motor Identification

Mission success, just like the video but with specifically more cursing / talk of the truck's mother. Working great now. Thanks all.
  10. Left A/C Damper Motor Identification

Thanks all! @airline tech appreciate the ID on the correct position. @Frenchy and @rang19ca I don't think its the deformed box in this case. The code is for sensor loosing signal (great video by fordtechmakuloco on why they do) and I'm not getting any mechanical noises from the unit. So...
  11. Left A/C Damper Motor Identification

Looks like I'll be needing to replace my left A/C Damper Motor due repeated sensor failures indicated by B11E5:15-08 and intermittent weird temperatures from the vents. I've got a dual zone system in my 2019 Ranger, so there are two motors on the left side of the HVAC Unit Case. Pretty sure...
