Did you just remount your towing plugs? Whats happening here. Want to get the rear bumper to match the front but havent been able to figure out a solution for the rear plug!
Yep, this what what I did as well. Security tor screws in the tail lights, in the panel on the back if the tailgate, and a bed cover.
The shitty thing is that it wouldn't prevent it if they really wanted them, but it'll damn sure slow them down
Thank you for the response! Mine is ordered and unfortunately on back order but should have it the first week of December.
Update: It'll be here Monday apparently lol
I guess additional question.... Looks like you have a drop in bed liner.
Did you use the seal that comes with the bed cover or a different one? Just ordered today but want to get some insight from people using it already!
You'll love this... just put these in y truck, 22 XLT, the passenger side is at 9/3 but the drivers side is not. Took a break and going to try to reseat them later ha!
This is good to read. Just installed the same ones... passenger side is sitting perfectly at 9 & 3 but drivers side seems to want to be at the wrong orientation...
Adjustable ones? I installed the H11 in my lows today (Read some where they should be 9 - 3). Passenger side is, but driver side is not.
Being that it is the middle of the day, I cant see glare but can see that the cutoff is good.
Curious (I know its been a long time) if you could point me...
I agree with you 100%!
I am not currently running them while city driving for this reason. What I am hoping to achieve is covers which dim the light in peoples' eyes, but increase the light on the road (for myself)
You could be correct that covers wont do much, but this is what I am trying to...
This is a long shot but here we go...
Has anyone running this bumper put amber covers on the pod lights?
I would love to be able to use them while city driving but they are blinding to on coming traffic. I THINK amber covers would dilute the light enough to ease this... I could be wrong...
Damn it I love this forum.
Just ordered these today and supposed to have them installed Friday morning.
Jumped from the 255/65/17’s that came stock to a 265/70/17 on the dura grapplers. Just like you, my duelers needed to be replaced at 23k miles
Update:
The insurance company approved the quote to have my damaged OEM bumper repaired with the RC steel front bumper. They are cutting me a check for more than the bumper + install
Yeah we tried that. He just told me he didn't have that kind of money laying around. Which I get, but I am the same. I would rather pay that out of pocket then take the hit on my insurance
