i am getting a grinding and a vibration on my gas pedal when ever i push my gas pedal about a 1/4 of a way down. it doesn't do it when in park......please help
The FYI is correct, thanks for the info, but unfortunately it doesn't change the fact the the clicking with a purge valve goes closer to the rhythm of the idle rather than its own timing. Thanks
If it was the purge valve it would be clicking 24/7 and going along with the rhythm of the idle. mine will click once a second (like a clock) for a period of time then stop clicking for a while...…..then start again later. it seems to be very precise in its ticking and when it starts/stops.

Hmm didnt think about that, wouldnt there need to be a leak though? i would figure if there was a leak my truck would throw an error at me or something.
