Just got a call from the dealer and they stated they can't get it to flare the shift like it was previously and there are no DTC codes, so it looks like everything is fine. I told them it is more likely to show the flared shift first drive in the morning, and they said they would keep it...
I recorded multiple videos off it still doing it and will be taking mine back in a few weeks and see what they come up with. I will update on here when I do.
Ok, the software didn't change the flare I was seeing, but for a day or so it cleared up the hash engagements. Sounds to me like the same. Hopefully they get you sorted out!
I completely agree. They drove my truck and said it had an issue, then reflashed it. Once reflashed they drove it again an said the issue was gone but to watch it for the 500 miles. I noticed the issue was still there but figured they will fight me if i don't wait the 500 miles before i take it...

I just took my 2019 in to be looked at under the 23-2350 TSB at 43K miles. They noticed that it was flashing higher RPM's then dropping when shifting 1st to 3rd. They applied to software update per the TSB, but of course made me pay for it. (I'm still not sure why as it should have been the...
