I have a sct programmer can I do it with that? And sorry no reverse but the running lights don't seem to work only works while applying brakes and yes no cargo light currently.. and not sure what or where dtc codes are, do you think a battery disconnect would work?

I've installed a smoked 3rd brake light, before this the OEM on was working fine, I plugged in new one and saw the white cargo lights go on but the light now doesn't seem to show reverse lights or have running brake lights with the lights on, I pressed the cargo lights switch nothing happens...
