Have you tried when connecting the phone, it asks, what do you want to do? Do you select anything? USB transfer etc??

i don't know if you guys got the same problem, but i connected my trailer up, it has LED's. The right hand blinker flashes fast. Left is normal. "Stupid ford" No problems with any other vehicle.
