I sent msg stating EGR valved fixed my problem after they replaced my torque converter and transmission searching for problem. EGR valve will not show up on diagnostics test. Did not need torq or trans.

Mark. Hold on. I had the same problem. Ford kept my truck 2 months not knowing what problem was. Said it was torque converter but could not get one. Back order. So replaced with new transmission which comes with converter. Did not fix. Ended up being $16 EGR valve. Took 5 minutes to fix.

We'll, they changed the EGR thingy and problem is solved. Ford spent over 10,000 dollars trying to find the problem. Got to hand it to those guys.

Mine started at 50 miles. Ford has not found fix after 2 months in shop.

There is a thread where they had a throttle body replacement that fixed the problem.

I did. Tech says never do that with Seafoam lol. Confused the computer.

My ranger was in the shop for 2 months and not fixed yet. Started out slightly bucking over a period of time but got worse. Was scared to drive. Took it on where they ran all sorts of diagnostics. Tech personally told me he had no idea what was causing the problem. Continued with diagnostics...

My ranger acts like it is giving out of gas at 30 mph.
