After reading all of this I'm not sure if I should be happy or irritated that mine doesn't work at all. Did the 2 inch level on my 22 tremor and hasn't worked since. Was told it would relearn after a few driving cycles but been about 3 weeks now and still hasn't learned. Or maybe my truck isn't...
I myself am very happy with my tremor especially the looks with the mods I've done. Not a big fan of the new body style at all. Too much of a wannabe f-150 for me. Looks good on the 150 just not on the ranger.
Anyone that has put a level on their trucks have any issues with the lane assist working? Mine hasn't worked since installing. Rangerlifts said the system would relearn after about 3 drive cycles and I've driven it more than that and yet still not functioning.
Well I got 2 inches rangerlifts level installed today. Hard to really give much justice in pics but in person it looks fantastic and have about 3/4 inch of rake. Glad I went this route. Top is with level.
Those are nice looking. Like those centers caps
Thanks wanted to fill the ranger indents was afraid would be too much but with taillights I think it works.
Well I talked to rangerlifts on the phone yesterday and and ordered the 2 inch. According to him once the front settles in I'll have 3/4 inch of rake and recommended these extended bumps stops to use when towing heavy. Either that or airbag assists. Said the amount of sag wouldn't be much at...
I did look at that and sent an email asking about it and someone got back to me saying to do the 2 that the squat would be negligible. Gonna call them today and see if they have ever actually towed anything with a tremor set up like that.
Based on that if you are level to start then maybe the 2 inch would work. Since I am 2.75 inch higher in the rear that would give me still .75 after lifting and based on your weights and set up there if I did have that squat wouldn't be much at all. Nice truck by the way. Like those wheels on...
Think he has towed with a 2 inch level on the tremor? If so that would be good news. Wouldn't want to do it then have to add a block later or an air bag assist.
That's what I'm afraid of and trying to avoid yet someone from rangerlifts emailed me back saying that the 2 would be perfect that the amount of squat would be negligible. Been hoping someone with real world experience would chime in and be able to tell me.
My towing varies in weights and frequency. Sometimes the trailer with motorcycles on. Sometimes the mowers sometimes coal and sometimes a camper. Haven't done any of it with this truck yet cause the need hasn't happened yet but it will when spring and summer get here. So if I did the 2. Inch...
