    I used plastic conduit to protect the wires. Got it from Harbor Freight. Easy to install after the fact too.

    Check out RedTek.com.au as an alternative. I purchased the combo mirror/windows module. Works great. Fold on lock. Unfold on Acc. There was a coupon code in the forums somewhere (20-25% off). Was $160 altogether.

    This method works fine for the Redtek module also. Got mine installed today. Will be installing their window modules as well. I was curious if it would work and couldn't find any guidance for Redtek specifically. So, hopefully this helps someone else...

    Same here. $159.58 USD for the combo w/ coupon. Used a travel Visa to avoid international conversion fees.
