Howdy all, I have one that is for a F150, and supposedly it's the same size as the Ranger (8.25x3.25). It looks like it's a little bit larger than the emblem. Like the sticker would go just over the ridges at the edge of the emblem. If this is normal, then I probably have the right size, but...

Do you have to lock out the gears each time you start up the truck or is it locked until you unlock it? Seems like a preflight checklist "turn off ASS, lock out gears 8-10", etc
