I’ve never had a single issue at the dealer. I flash back to stock before I head in for service. While, they can technically see how many times the ECU has been flashed, they’re not looking for it. No inspections where I live, and tint violations are rarely enforced unless it’s super dark. 35% Is technically the darkest you can go if you have tint on all windows.

I had the front windows matched to the factory rears, and I feel like it’s a perfect happy medium between aesthetics and visibility (day and night). Here are a couple shots for reference:

Nice to know I’m not crazy! I’ve smelled it a few times too. Has always been near the rear wheel on the drivers’ side. 100% a hot/burnt electrical smell.
