Great info guys - I had this issue and Ford went straight to replacing the DPFE sensor, which I can only imagine is the most expensive one. I ordered the EGR Vacuum Control and was wondering if I should check anything else while I am there? Anyone have a pic or diagram to help me swap this out...

The spaces pushed the top of the tires out some, now that it's aligned, they sit pretty much the same. Hard to get a shot that shows it well, but they look dead on now - 1.5" spacers front and rear.

No, you wouldn't "feel" spacers - Handles just like before. I do notice the 2" level some, just kinda how it "looks" out the windshield when driving.

Neither one of these mods were "easy". The silly Ford "intrusion bars" had to come completely out - why these are on the Rangers and not the Raptors I haven't figured out. Cutting them out wasn't fun - but with a combo of a sawzall and 6" grinder, I got them off in a couple of hours. Should be...
