Would you pay to ship 85 lbs. ? I guess I'll change that, but seems like a non-starter to me?
EDIT: I weighed the boxes and the shipping bill was wrong...total weight of two boxes is only 50 lbs.
Bilstein 6112 front coil over struts and 5100 rear shocks for 2019-2023 Ford Ranger, new in box. New price $1066. Decided to go another direction, never installed. Will consider driving halfway to meet purchaser depending on distance. Will ship, but at buyer's expense and buyer must do the...
Yeah, I kinda choked on the price of Hellwig sway bar!
After all the helpful input here, spending too much time on the interweb, and getting some advice from Sean at Surplus Shocks i decided on:
Bilstein 6112 front shocks
Bilstein 5100 rear shocks
I decided on the Bilstein's due to reviews...
What did the Eibach Pro 2's do better than the Fox and what type of surface did you notice the improvement on? Is your rig loaded with weight up high and in the bed? I'm mostly trying to correct a mushy feeling, without precise control, and lots of roll in corners. I'm also thinking about a...
Thanks for the service manual pages, really helpful! Have you watched the video from Stage3Motorsports? They don't remove nearly as much as the service manual says to (which is typical of service manuals), but I think the video makes it look easier than it is. I noticed they reused a couple...
And then he sees this...this kit is supposed to be for increased load and is sold on the Ford.com site (out of stock).

I don't think I would have any problem doing the rear shocks myself, but front looks kind of difficult (I think you can have one of the control arms pop out of it's joint or something if you're not careful?), and also I don't have a spring compressor to move the oem spring onto the new strut.
Thanks so much for all the feedback...nice to have real world experience isn't it? Something you can rely on. Yes, my fiberglass cap is not light...forgot about that! I do like it though. Everything stays mostly dry and it's secure.
I was off doing some more research and came back to the great advice you guys have offered. My findings agree with what was said here, that the Eibach Pro-Truck Stage 2R kit would be better for stiffening up my "wallow" than the softer FOX kit. Estimated weight up top = rack 50 lb + tent 125...
Hello all, I have a 2021 Lariat that is my daily driver that has 60,000+ miles, and I've owned it since new. I have a color matched A.R.E. shell, and it's set up for camping with a rack, roof top tent, and 270 awning that is mounted full time. I've noticed lately that the ride feels "wallowy"...
Title is self-explanatory. I am not interested right now in spending the $500-750 for a programmer and map. Just wondering if these work at all. Thanks!

What I wish is that when in Sport mode, the gear position would be displayed in the usual place. The only way to get the gear position displayed is to manually shift and then it changes my left side multi-display...also not what I want! First world problems...
Appreciate the reply with some experience it sounds like. Comforting because I have taken it to the dealer 2-3 times describing the behavior and each time they told me it drove fine with no problems. Thought I was going crazy! Then I just accepted it, and if the transmission craps out, then...
Resurrecting an old thread that got off topic, but hopefully some of you guys are still around and can give me some input. When mine is cold in the winter especially it doesn't want to shift up out of 1st gear until I have either let it idle to warm up, or after about 1-2 minutes of babying it...
