UPDATE I was able to work the bushings back in last night. I found that the bolt holding the UCAs were waaaaay over tightened. I was able to finally loosen them and then rocked the truck side to side and noticed this started to settle them back in. I tightened back up and took it for a drive...

It’s a night and day difference. The truck drives so much smoother now. I recommend doing a drive along to recreate the sound. That’s how I got them to confirm the sound was there
