I bought the Lariat ones as well, along with Lariat door harnesses for both doors. Going to attempt to get heat, puddles and turns sometime in future. There’s another pretty helpful thread on here about how to do that.
That’s good to hear they made it right for you! I emailed them yesterday after I made this post. Their support department is only open during week days. So I anticipate they’ll get back to me within a few days.
I haven’t hooked it up to a code reader, but there were not any warning lights or messages in the dash. I’ve already got a service appointment scheduled next month so worst case I’ll have them take a look.
I’ve checked all of the fuses in the 3 fuse boxes with a test light while the key was in accessory position. I was really hoping it was just a fuse but couldn’t find anything. Do you think there is a fusible link behind the mirror control switch? Thanks
Thanks I’ll try taking the battery cables off for a while. I took them off for about an hour this morning and they didn’t start working. Not sure about a wiring issue as the stock mirrors will not work either
