Probably the biggest annoyance of the ranger. Nothing beats driving around and suddenly getting hit with the stench of skunk, roadkill, or smoke. I probably hit the recirc button 3-5 times on my 30 minute commute to work everyday.

Used rigids in the past but wanted to give diode dynamics a try since their stuff looks pretty legit. They weren’t kidding about being the brightest. Super happy and impressed with these amber ss3s. Took it to the trail and worked great.

I ended up just wiring the lights in the bed using the wolfhaus plug. Used a waterproof switch from Amazon that threaded perfectly into the existing hole in the bed. Works great and all wires hidden and routed within the bed.

So i popped that panel off and the wire bundle is pretty tight. Didn’t see a good ground in there and it looks like it’s going to take a little fishing just to get the wire in there from the rubber grommet under the body. I might just opt for a switch in the bed using the 12v source from the...

Anybody know which one of the wires in this bundle is the ground?

Mudflaps and different tires absolutely. I ran BFG KO2s on my 4runner and went off-roading all the time without this issue. The tread has rock ejectors so you don’t pick up as many rocks like these grabbers do.

What intake are you running?

Yep. Love it coming from owning Toyotas my whole life. My last rig was a v8 4runner with bilsteins, 33” BFGs, etc and the Tremor has really impressed both on/off road.

So I decided to pull the trigger and order a set of these flaps despite seeing folks have issues installing them. I’m glad I did! They look great and no rub issues on a Tremor. Install took about an hour for all four sides.

Does anyone on here have the bed rug impact mat installed with a swing case? Any issues with the fitment? The rubber mat is about an inch thick so I’m worried the case won’t clear it? Thanks! ??

I know exactly how you feel. It almost feels like you’re driving down a street with people tossing rocks at your truck. I can’t wait to swap them out. Pretty good marketing as they definitely “Grab” all the rocks.

Thanks writing this up! Just ordered my soft top and this is exactly what I needed to figure out how to properly tap in. Just glad Ford kept it simple on the color coding for hot and ground.
