Mine did this once in the last year and a half. Truck completely dead. After 10 minutes or so it woke itself back up and alarm was going off because I had the hood open. Probably the Body control module. Why it only did it once I have no clue. And I work on Fords for a living.

Mine does the same thing. 2021 with 14,000 miles. Figured its either injector and high pressure pump clatter or turbo wastegate noise. Or 4 cylinder harmonics combined with any of the above.
