Anyone know where the Mass Air Flow Sensor is located on our 2.3 ecoboost engines? Thanks in advance

I just ordered this https://www.stage3motorsports.com/kick1920rngrppkit1-2019-2020-ford-ranger-kicker-ks-series-drop-in-plug-and-play-door-speaker-package.html. Has anyone else installed these speakers yet? Are the door panels aesy to remove? How do these speakers sound compared to stock?

My truck has a very slight, but noticeable delay from standing start to pushing on gas pedal (normal acceleration). Almost like a brake that releases after a split second. Is this a transmission fill problem or am I looking @ driveline or tune issues?
