I was on vacation with my family in Europe last week. I saw a few Rangers, but was only able to snap a photo of this one. It was the most interesting. I also saw an advertisement billboard somewhere along the way (forgot exactly where).

Go to the Ford Partner website, and enter your partner code (example: mc405 for the Mustang Club of America). The Ranger is now a section on the vehicle drop down. When you build your truck, it takes you to the configurator. I attached a screenshot of my Ranger from the configurator:

I found this Facebook post. It shows the staging area where all the Rangers that have already been built are awaiting delivery. Our insider friend is at it again. I have to say he is "Ford proud", which is what you want to see when you are buying one.
