I have a 2019 XLT crew cab and I folded down the rear headrests to do some cleaning, and now one of them won't click back into place; it stays in the folded down position. Does anyone know of any fixes that can be done or other ideas to keep it vertical?

I had the windshield replaced on my 2019 Ranger and when I went to use the wipers the other day I noted that the driver's side wiper was tapping against the A-Pillar - something that it has never done before. I wonder if the windshield folks removed the wiper arm and didn't replace it back to...
