  1. 02 ranger. Had recently replaced fuel pump, but started to stutter going down highway. When i cut it off wouldnt start again.

    I replaced the fuel pump (second in 4 months) now its acting like its getting no power to fuel pump. Haveing checked fuel filter but have reset the inertia switch and tested relays. All tested fine. Any ideas?
