I have a 2019 Ranger and since it has been pretty cold lately (low 20s), it is shifting rough at low speeds from 2nd to 3rd gears. Is there something I should have checked or updated?

I bought a used 2019 Ranger and noticed there is something off with the window trim. I can't tell if it is missing the actual trim or if it is just badly fading. I want to fix current look. Thanks.
