Found my '23 Super Cab 4x4, but... no rear locker, I prefer a passive locking diff, and have found an Eaton truetrac. So with the welded diff and buying R&P and install kit, the whole thing is $1300 - $1500, parts are ordered, we'll see how it goes (If I can find time to get it installed)...

Did some preliminary performance runs this weekend with the Dragy GPS. Stock Ranger, 1500 miles, 87 octane, 4WD engaged, traction & stability control OFF, trans in sport mode, foot brake and GO! Down pipe and 3" exhaust delivered today :D
