Lessons learned: I really have no idea of why the ABS module controls the TerrainManagement System, and when the TMS faults out not only do you loose TerrainManagement, you totally loose the ability to switch into 4WD. That could be bad...

Sorry you are having such issues with your Lariat. The first thing I would check is the condition of your battery (I too own a 2020 Lariat and had to replace the battery recently) and also check the battery connections to ensure they are clean and tight.
