  2. 2020 Ranger: Will it get the 2.7 V-6 Eco Boost?

I think they need to drop the 6.2 V8 in the Ranger. Maybe even the new 7.3 V8 that's coming out soon.
  3. Where are all the aftermarket parts for the new 2019 Ford Ranger?

They are still waiting for the 2109 rangers to be developed and released. You will have to be extremely patient.
  4. Whining noise when unlocking truck / opening door

Fuel pump priming, my 2.7 ecobeast does it also, mine is more of a slight rumble type of noise

  6. 1st SuperCab in the House!

You must be here on the coast. I notice the Henderson Ford tags. I am in Biloxi.
  7. Tow Base Plate

Thanks for the answers. I have towed campers, boats, and utility trailers for years but never towed a vehicle behind a camper.
  8. Tow Base Plate

What the heck is a base plate?
  9. Your Thoughts after First Test Drive

Dealers do not have to put plates on for a test drive where I am. Dealer inventory just has their dealer name plates on. Only dealer vehicles with state issued tags are demo vehicles that employees drive.
  10. Your Thoughts after First Test Drive

And why would a car tag be on a magnetic mount instead of screwed down to a bumper which is where it is supposed to be?
  11. Who is getting a Ranger extended warranty? - POLL

Flood Ford sells Ford ESP which is what that is. I bought mine from Flood Ford. It showed up in the Ford system within a couple of days. Conversation about https://www.floodfordesp.com/ is very common on the F150 forums. Great prices.
  12. 17" RRW RR4-V on 32" Falken AT3

It would be pretty disappointing if a 265/70/17 won't fit on a stock rim, stock height, without rubbing. That is only a 31.6 in tire.
  13. First Accessories

Nice mat. I have the Ford OEM mat in my F150. It's good quality, nice and heavy, and keeps things from sliding around.
  14. 2020 Toyota Tacoma debut at Chicago auto show

Having owned a 2016 Tacoma, I can't believe they didn't update the power train. The 3.5 is a gutless motor. No low end torque. I personally think the engine is completely to blame. It just doesn't have the torque for the transmission to maintain 5th and 6th gears.

Nice looking truck. I love the 17in sport rims. Seems like most I see at the dealers have the 18in rims. Much better tire selection for standard load and LT-C rated for 17in rims. Good choice.
  16. New Members Introduce Yourself!

I believe a lot of it is a mental disorder, at least that what my wife says. My dad used to be a Ford dealer employee which helped because I always got his employee pricing on top of the rebates. During my Tacoma years I was averaging about 42,000 miles a year due to a long drive to work. I now...
  17. New Members Introduce Yourself!

Hello everyone. My name is Chris and I am from Mississippi. I currently drive a 2018 F150 that I purchased last March. If the Ranger would have came out a year ago, I would most likely be driving one. My first brand new truck was a 95 Ranger. Since than I have had a lot of 150's and even a...
