At 48000km oil change, I complained again about the shifting (more noticeable in cold). Dealer honored their word, took it for a 45 minutre drive to have it shift funny on them, with no FORSCAN codes but a capture of what happened.
At 50000km, the dealer replaced...
Update:
Dealer had the main control overhauled, plastic pan replaced due to cracking, filter replaced, filled and test drive done to their satisfaction. Odometer in/out on the work order shows only 2km, so I wasn't ready to take that 'test drive' seriously.

Anyone following this thread using Android auto? Using google maps and its really lagging at times, only started about 4 months ago. I see there's a revised TSB 23-2307 published in October referring to a blanket of issues which could affect Android and Apple users alike.

KBB.ca had a wholesale trade-in window of $32000-37000 CAD for my '22 XLT. I understand a dealer has recondition costs, but seeing some dealers here flipping for a full 10K higher should change as inventories climb. Won't be parting with mine though.
