After 1 week from my initial call, Ford Performance just told me that I need to bring it to the dealership to be re-flashed back to stock. All the Ford dealers here in CT are backlogged 3+ weeks for service appointments!! Unfortunately I had the worst customer service ever from Ford Performance...

Yes I did, I had 12.6 volts when I started. The tech at Ford Performance cant duplicate the error.....yet. So seems that they cant figure it out either. I really don't want to have it towed to the dealership but I do want my brand new truck back!!!

they said the install must have been interrupted, I didn't think it was but???? thankfully I have another vehicle to drive but so frustrating.

Just purchased a 2021 Tremor, had it shipped al the way from Wichita since it was one of the only two silver trucks in this 1/2 of the country. I tried to install the ProCal tune over the weekend and apparently totally screwed up. I have 3 DTC codes, the truck wont start and I can get it back to...
