    Replacement received thank you. The design has changed so not just a swap with the old cover as now the connection to the rails are slightly different and the rails need to be swapped out as well. It will take a little longer but I am grateful for the warranty.

    Update. I managed to get a callback and they again agreed to send out a new cover in the next couple of days. Fingers crossed this time.

  10. CarPlay microphone volume level

    I too am having the same issue. I don’t use Waze and never have. Ford agree it’s not working as it should and have been trying to fix without success after flashing and then replacing a couple of modules. Mine works great on Bluetooth so I gusss I just live with it. It’s annoying.
