Some of us with disposable income like to spend money on things we enjoy. The truck will still do what 99% of the ppl who own truck do.. drive from point A to point B. It will just look cooler and sound better doing it ?♂️
A static drop is lowering the vehicle however many inches and it stays there. Basically 90% of what you see on the road. Laying frame... just as it sounds, your frame is on the ground. Its a much more indepth lowering requiring usually airbags to raise the vehicle back up to drive.
Surprisingly havent come across this build while googling. The first min had some good shots of the suspension that may come in handy. Im hoping to lay frame when completed but we'll see.
Which is the reason for my question. What problems have been encountered? I dont care about your "wants" on this subject. Im just trying to use the experiences of the collective to increase my knowledge. If i end up being the trendsetter and doing the learning for anyone else to use then so be it.
Has anyone tried or looked into doing this? What problems have you run into. Having the front end looked at already, the sway bars will have to go due to location. Any input will be appreciated.
