I’d recommend getting the Overhaul (telescoping) for transporting a kayak.....the Outposts look about 3 to 5 inches below the roofline.....I attached some pics to help your decision on crossbar length......- StonyRocket

Ordered on Monday from rackattack.com the Yakima Outpost HD/cross bars with tonneau kit....only place that had them in stock....arrived on Wednesday.....installation onto the retrax was easy.....- StonyRocket
