I have similar milage to you and highly recommend you try the dpfe sensor replacement if you are getting hard or delayed shifting in your transmission. I did mine on a hunch at 85k and it made my truck shift like new again. Just a thought.

I have not tried them yet on my new Ranger but I have had great performance out of EBC green stuff pads in all of my other vehicles. They make great rotors as well.
