The Roush stage 2 comes with a Roush tune, which isn't the same as the the Ford Performance tune. The Roush tune claims "47 HP and 65 lb feet of torque, while the Ford Performance claims 45 HP and 60 lb feet or Torque. Again these are claims and cant bee 100% sure without a Dyno.
I appreciate the concern, and I think honestly when you start modding a vehicle that risk is part of territory. I 'll have to contact corporate Ford instead of a dealer as none of them seem to know whats going on.
I got the run around myself trying to sort that, and that's exactly why I ended up going with Roush. My factory warranty is still intact, and Roush has a 3/36 warranty in place. The dealer themselves couldn't make heads or tails of much of anything. Spoke with Roush and if a Roush part breaks...
