I certainly wouldn't. No sense in giving business to dealers that don't value their customers. But, if you are in a pinch, keep this in your back pocket.

My personal opinion? Use a high quality oil, use a high quality filter and change it often. Amsoil, Castrol, Mobil, etc, they all make good products. Wix, Motorcraft, K&N etc, they all make good filters. Whichever one speaks to you, go for it! Just don't be cheap

It is much improved. I drive over 100 miles a day and the bouncing on every bump on the highway was getting old. less body roll, less bouncing.

Just picked up my truck from the service department at Jim Vreeland Ford - had them put on the Fox Kit. I had bought RC Spacers, but took a look at them and decided if I am going to do it - might as well do it. Certainly could have save a lot of money and did it myself - not a tough job at all...
