i saw that post earlier , but didnt see anything, it looks great what they did. i was thinking of finding a switched power source kinda like they have under the rear drivers side tire or something and wire in a switch and route it up by the hinges , there must be power in the fuse box , figured...
Question? has anyone installed lights inside the engine compartment? have some spare switches and a few lights for bed lighting project but had power down there already.
i'd hate to say babies and puppies add up real quick and most would understand, 25 + years ago we got rid of a nice as hell Ranger and Mustang as we fell in the parent trap of "what we should drive" as new parents and went to a Taurus and Explorer and hated both. just remember they all grow up...
My 2022 starting acting up so i reached out to the closest dealer about transmission issues , it took a couple of weeks to get in but i did at about 59645 miles. It took them about 3 weeks, testing, failing ,dealing with Ford, but overall they replaced with a new transmission. Running great so...
Good Morning All,
So after reading all the transmission issues i have an appointment for may 20th ( earliest they can get me in), mine was built in 06/22 and have about 59000 miles on it. I did install a Fitzstick beginning of the year. Should i put the old factory one back in? or leave it in?
Question for you all, what do you guys recommend for a brand of hose , the ones that came with the pump compressed some much due to the fact that the tranny fluid was hot , that they popped off and sprayed all over the place.
Also what is the max size hose to go down the Fitzstick?
Thank you for a great exclamation as just recently installed a wolf haus and some bed lights and want to extend the time. Do have a odd question , if i remote start the truck , will it provide power to the back power point or will only once key start?
The dealer wanted to charge me i think like $450 for drain and fill, i picked up a Fitz-Stick and some tranny fluid and a pump Grumpaw recommended and Lubeguard. easy install and can now check, add remove if needed . IMO i think $180 for a Fitz-stick and some fluid is a hell of a lot cheaper...
When we installed it we had some issues but we actually cut the factory bumper leaving the hitch. Grinded off and painted it. Then WITH A FEW EXTRA HANDS held the new bumper up first then what was left of the old bumper and attached the bolts. We did use some shims on the back bolts to tilt the...
