Didn’t work for me when a SUV locked up his brakes between 30-40 mph at two truck lengths away. No alert, no braking. I locked them up and rear-ended vehicle in front of me. I have had the alert go off a few times when approaching slower traffic, no auto braking.
I've noticed that the two 12v covers on the center console keep popping open. Poor design.
Also, what is up with the large opening in the lower grill? I assume it is for maximum airflow, but it looks like a part is missing and is a great garbage collector. I found a plastic shopping bag in mine...
So angry at myself. I lightly rear-ended a SUV on my commute home on Friday. As I approached a busy intersection from the right lane, the car in front of me swerved into the left lane revealing a line of stopped cars. I was going under 40 mph and slammed the breaks on but there wasn't enough...
Just passed 1400 miles and I am a bit disappointed with the 17-18 City. Granted I drive rush hour Detroit-area highways during my commute. Add in a few sub-100 mile road trips.
I try to control my lead foot when traffic opens up. Transitioning from a Escape Titanium rocket. Using standard octane...
Had a gal at my office approach me in the break room and ask if that was me that drives the Ranger. She said she noticed me getting into it after work and thought it was a really sharp looking truck. (Don't think she was hitting on me, just my Ranger). She owned one many years ago. :P
I work in advertising (your favorite truck brand to be specific). We occasionally have bands stop by when they are in town to play us a few songs.
Today, LoCash stopped by to perform. I’m not a huge Country Music fan, but they play some catchy tunes and they do love their Ford trucks!

One week anniversary and I am giddy like a school girl. I actually look forward to my commute! I work across the street from Ford HQ and have seen maybe 1 other Ranger in our parking lot. I see a few on the commute home, being in the Motor City and working near Ford HQ.
Mine had 75 miles on it. Not sure if it was a transfer.
It had "No Problems Found" written on the passenger window in grease pencil.
Does that mean it was picked for testing or is that from transport?
New to forums. Marine veteran '82-'86. Been working in advertising for over 25 years, the last 15 for Ford. You may have seen my "work" in your dealership.
Feels so good to be back in a truck, especially the new Ranger! I owned a '96 Ranger back in the day, what a difference. I work with images...
