I've always gotten better mileage on vehicles than what they are rated to have. Don't do anything special but just drive 65-68 or so and take it easy with braking, acceleration, etc. Just the way I've always driven I guess.
My 2021 Ranger Tremor gets about 25-26 mpg on the highway when not towing. When towing my 3500 lb. camper, it drops down to 11.5-13.5 mpg; it does have plenty of power for it and tows it very nicely.
Can anyone compare the Ranger vs. the F150 regarding mpg when towing something similar? Has...
Do the above and if that doesn't work, I have no problem whatsoever parking the vehicle in a location that it blocks their service or sales flow, going inside to the general manager and raising holy hell if nice doesn't work and making sure that every customer in there here's the conversation...

This weekend was the first time with my new small overlanding trailer that is about 16" and weights about 2600 lbs. fully loaded with water filled. The route was into the Colorado mountains, up to 7% grades both up and down, lots of twisties. The 2021 Tremor did absolutely great. Very secure...
I believe that this makes a case for NEVER buying a Ford again if they allow this to continue or at least NOT supporting the dealers that are marking up. I simply will not support a company that abuses people like this. Unfortunately, this is being done by many but not all.
Me, OP, is quite amused by this thread coming home from work today. For the record, I don't like driving in snow for a few reasons: I live in the foothills of the Rockies, do lots of mountain driving in the Rockies, have some long commutes via big city in the dark, snow can be blinding, etc...
I have plenty of experience driving and commuting in a Subaru with snow tires and now also have a Ranger Lariat Tremor. Does anyone have the ability to compare a Subaru Forester to the Ranger with snow tires in such an application (commute is 30-40 miles each way, live in the western US with a...
