2016 2 2 deisel 56k There is intermittent buzzing sound ftom somewhere in dash near inst cluster area. I thought was insect but when I disconnect battery no noise. It comes and goes. Any insight appreciated.

Hi, I read bout this problem and believe I now have it. I need to get the parts to do the fix. Can anyone advise what to get and where to get it? I am out of the usa now and will need to import them. Nobody here knows anything about this. Thanks in advance for your help.
