I went in and held the +button in until display showed "hi" hot air passenger side cool on driver. Pressed - until display showed "lo" cool on both sides(didn't have ac button pressed)

Yes(or at least I think I did, I know i was frustrated that morning and just remember turning it off all the way and running the seat on highest setting. At least my butt stayed warm.

Where is this dial button at because all I have are temp controls fan speed and heated seats buttons
