I have the OME 2.5" suspension lift installed on my truck. After a trip down to the US and back over several thousand miles (maybe 8000), this is what my tires look like. I took my truck in to the tire shop (the same one that did the initial alignment after the lift) for them to check the alignment. They said it was still good, no issues. The tech suggested that I contact the manufacturer of the struts because he suspected they were bad. The tires have "cupping" and this could be caused by suspension. He pushed down on the truck and it "bounces." I took a video of the bouncing and sent it to ARB (makers of OME) customer service and they said everything looks fine. This was installed about a year ago. If it's not the struts or alignment what's the problem?

I bought my '19 used with 18K on it. The previous owner had done a front leveling on it.
I assumed that when the level kit was installed that the alignment was re-done.

After getting the same type of wear on my tires as your pics, I took my truck in for an alignment and it was way off. When the leveling kit was installed, they never got the alignment re-done.
Pretty sure you have an alignment issue and not a strut issue.

voting for toe is off. does it feel like the front end wobbles when driving on grooved pavement and/or bumps at highway speed?

side note- there are 2 specs for alignment on rangers... 1 for OE bridgestones and 1 for EVERYTHING else

I have the same thing with the level kit (5100s set at 2.5"). Not as bad as only one tire is out of toe slightly and I rotated it to rear. Ford did the alignment. I need to get realigned before I drive anywhere, hopefully I don't have to buy any more suspension parts.

With the same inside wear that the OP has, my Toe was at -39/64" for the driver tire and -29/64" for the passenger side. The tire shop I went to adjusted to 0".
Camber of the driver tire was 0.05 degrees and 0.20 degrees on the passenger side, and was corrected to 0.30 degrees on both tires.
Caster was unchanged at 3.5 degrees.

Before I had the alignment done I had some steering wheel vibration that I attributed to tire balance, but when I had the front wheel balance checked, it wasn't the problem.
The rig drives much smoother now, and after the alignment was done I got a new set of tires.
