Except in the cases of videos showing how to do something - like auto or home repairs I've remained old school and prefer to read articles , also I admit to have a negative bias towards most anything to do with Boulder, that from having to go there several times a week to meet with my customers, the ones that were ok were mostly the ones that only worked in Boulder and didn't live there, not a place I'd want to live.

I managed a big chunk in my sidewall from our trip to Baja. I have a fullsize spare under the truck so I think Ill just switch the tires and keep the chunked one as my spare.

I had a front passenger side blow out doing about 75 in my lifted 4x4 1976 Chevy G30 Van. HoooLeeeeShiit that was terrifying. The tire kind of delaminated and the belts flapping around the wheel beat the floor board in like a jackhammer. Youll notice the broken fender flare in this video.

Had that happen years ago, and would not wish it upon anyone. One of the scariest days of my life, and will never forget it. For a split second thought it was a gun shot then it hit me what had happened. I think growing up, and learning to drive on snow and ice saved me that day. Total loss of control with a life flashing before your eyes moment.
