I added Magsafe to my phone and now use a dash mounted wireless charger so no longer need this.
This is a DrikM made pad that fits in the cubby at the base of the center stack - details in this thread
On this particular one it has a sanded and painted surface.
Asking $25 - starting with local pickup in Either Raleigh or Greensboro area.
