I think you would need to build some sort of platform for it to sit on above the wheel arches. If you did that it would fit but it would be riding fairly high.Looks like dimensions are close, but the wheel arches may get in the way. Has anyone done it successfully?
All depend on what you consider a "standard pallet". I've had a 40x42 pallet with Gaylord in mine no problem. 42" will just make it between the wheel wells.Standard pallet won’t lay flat
48x48 won't fit 48x40 will fit if put in long way.To me standard is 48x48 but textbook is 48x40

It's a big cardboard box set on the pallet. We use it for food collections for our food pantry.Gaylord?
Huh. Learn something every day. We do not call it that here. :-DIt's a big cardboard box set on the pallet. We use it for food collections for our food pantry.
May be an industry type of thing. We used to get polymer pellets in then for our base sheet production lines.Huh. Learn something every day. We do not call it that here. :-D
I worked in shipping and receiving for many years. Pallets are not a model of precision manufacturing. To me standard is 48x48 but textbook is 48x40
Probably a regional thing, like whoever was making them in a particular area way back when. On the lower right side of the country it's a hotel chain.May be an industry type of thing. We used to get polymer pellets in then for our base sheet production lines.
