WiFi icon??

I set up the free at&t wifi through ford pass today. Can't connect to the truck.
Watched a YouTube video and in the video the person had an WiFi icon on the touch screen. I have no icon on my touch screen? When I search for wifi on my phone it doesn't even show up?
Has anyone had this issue?

I don't have the WiFi icon on my touch screen.

If you are referring to the ”Vehicle Hotspot,” tile, it is buried within another tile. In Settings, check for a “FordPass Connect” tile. In that tile you should find “Vehicle Hotspot” settings where you can Enable/Disable the Hotspot, manage your account and check data usage.
