I'm looking at getting some wheels and tires installed. 18" wheels with a -12 offset, is anyone running this setup with a 2.5 inch factory leveling kit? What size tires are you using? Any rub?

Hello all!!
So I'm starting to see from what I've been reading that running negative offset likely doesn't work very well with the Ranger.

Here is where I am at now, def not going with a negative offset. Does anyone see any fitment issues with this setup? I'm not looking for any rubbing, trimming, or messing with crash bars just yet.

17x8.5 +7mm offset wheel (Fuel JM2 D572) and 265/70-17 Tire (Toyo Open Country A/T II)

I think you will be fine.. “think” is the keyword. Maybe someone has that same setup already who can chime in

Thanks I was making my initial setup of -12 offset before even seeing the truck and reading about the crash bar issue. After finally receiving my Ranger and reading this forum, I'm hoping this setup will work better for plug and play wheels/tires. After my leveling kit of course.

Hello all!!
I’m running -12et with 295/70R17 (almost a 34”) with 3” Icon lift. Needed A LOT of trimming and cutting to get them to fit.

Hello all!!
Here's 17x9 on a negative 12 offset venomrex wheel. I personally love it.

Just need to find a way to keep from rocks chipping the paint..
I haven't had any issues yet, tho it's impossible to keep I clean with all the snow and rain they throw up. Fender flares would fix it, but I love the look without them.

I’ve got a -12mm offset for my 17x9 wheels with 285/70R17 tires and think it looks great, especially with the Bushwacker fender flares. Had to do some minor trimming but gives it an aggressive, Raptor-like look in my opinion.
