All you nose-parkers out there take note, this is how you park a truck. Backed in and nicely straight to boot.  Good job, you win R5G for the day!

Picked up some plywood and MDF. Can't find Baltic Birch anymore but found European multi plywood popular to try with the same plys.. Can't believe the prices, that's almost $500 for a couple sheets. I will never buy another truck that is less then 49 inches between the wheel wells.

wood prices are stupid!! bought 2 x 4x4x8 and 4 x 2x6x10 treated lumber yesterday and paid 100$ -_- and worst part is the wood was probably cut in my backyard by Irving!!

Good news, the 6th gen Ranger will fit you requirements for width between the wheel wells ;)

Agreed, the price of wood is insane right now.

Nope, This is the last Ford for us. Any kind of specialized sheet goods are ridiculously priced these days because the good stuff came from Russia and now everyone else is price gouging with the sanctions. Framing lumber is the lowest it has been in 3 years though.

Why is this your last Ford?

Here in Canada it's way overpriced even for framing lumber even if we produce a lot of it...

I like it but it's far from perfect for what I paid. When cold the transmission is finicky, the oil constantly smells like gas, poor body panel alignment, poor job on the front leather seat covers and other small items. When I compare the quality to my wife's new Subaru there's definitely a big difference. Plus I don't like the terms of the new battery plant Ford is a partner in so I will look elsewhere when it comes time for a replacement.

Today it was my turn to get this notorious light. Wasn’t sure if my truck has this feature but suddenly ding ding ding and warning message. So I told my passengers I have to stop now and first drink a coffee and after that I should try to sleep, everything will be postponed, they need to wait until I’m rested. Truck knows.
Later I proved her I am not tired ;)

Drove it home after a 9 day stay at the dealer for HVAC box replacement. I know it is a big job but 9 days? The extended service contract paid all but $100. It probably just paid for itself and it has 2 1/2 Years left. My Ranger is a 19 with 34000 miles.

Now look at what my ranger missed while it was lounging around the service shop.

I had to take the Focus to a tractor show in south east Indiana. I saw this on the way. It is like a giant buzz saw hanging from a helicopter and trimming the trees along the power lines. That is one brave helicopter pilot. And obviously a highly skilled one.

Drove to the NAS Wildwood (Naval Air Station Wildwood), that has an air museum. They trained Navy pilots on this base during WordWar II. The Coast Guard Training Center is only a few miles away. Lots more photos in the Pic Whore Club thread.
