@Doc @IdahoRanger running into problems. Might have to go onto the awd dyno. Can’t disable front wheels from spinning. Trac control off.

Bummer, thats why I didnt get a 4wd, weight and inability to do a proper burnout.
If I would have known I was going to turn this thing into a run flat fast machine, I would of opted for 2wd in all honesty. Was looking more at it like a good truck than a power beast at first.

Update for those in this thread. Unfortunately could not get the 2wd dyno working. AWD dyno is the next option with 4high. But it’s $240 for a AWD dino fart ? ? not going to do it until I have a lot more spare cash to burn away into the air. Rather save towards front coilovers(stock stance though) or switch to Livernois tune. Sorry guys. Wish I could provide some data.

Go spend your money at the track with those great 0-60s.
should be in the 13’s with those numbers.

Good idea Doc. I will have to research where some tracks are, might have to head up a little north towards LA to find some with a 1/4 mile.

Thanks for the sympathy Joe. Sad days indeed, but perhaps in the future something will align in terms of some type of real data whether at the track or on the dino farter.

In Georgia, you must have long pants, closed toe shoes and a helmet.

Good mention, I definitely will have to figure out the rules for the speedway I will be going to. Seems very similar in regulations from the surface level research I did though.

Something seems off about your dyno experience... @Nopalito just had his done. Nopalito, was yours in 2wd or 4wd?
It all felt odd to me. I need to be better prepared if I want to make sure things get done right otherwise I will be thrown on some turning metal cylinders and charged for some random measure.

First: $180 or $240 for just power pulls is robbery- I paid 135 with tax at a Subaru shop.

Secondly: I had mine on an awd dyno and had zero issues. Ran the truck in 2wd and got my pulls in.
One run had a knock event but the tank was 75% 91 and 25% mountain town 85 so I’m not surprised

almost sounds like shop wasn’t able to either strap down or position your truck correctly. Did they put it in 4WD on accident while trying to do pulls?
