Decided to wash the ranger and re waxed it in the beating sun. Nothing compared to our men that serve or have served. All in remembrance of the sacrifices made to enjoy this freedom. Can really see the shine, excuse my filters, looked interesting this way hehe. Happy July 4th! :flag:

Some china goodies. Alcantara steering wheel stitch with blue string. Carbon fiber steering and screen slap ons and steering wheel airbag logo sticker to match my outside logos. Love how the steering wheel cane out feels good and looks sporty
Edit: it feels like it added some horsepower 5 minimum

What is actually the purpose of those? I rarely travel with the windows down and I do not smoke in my truck? I mean from a practical point of view? Besides driving with the windows open during rain …
No hate, i am trying to learn …
Supposed to help keep the wind down while driving with the windows open and allows me to keep the windows cracked when it's warm out and it's parked at work and like Dave mentioned, allows for some fresh air when raining. To be honest, this is the first vehicle I've put them on, but know people who have them and like 'em, so I figured what the hell.

I've heard of bug deflectors, but never window deflectors.

Doesn't matter, I need one too. How much and where do I get some?
LOL..I got 'em from AVS and they were about $70. I wasn't sure about them (and won't know until I drive with them on), but my cousin's husband (cousin-in-law?) has them on his Outback and he loves 'em, so I figured I'd give them a try. I know others that have used them and like 'em.

Well last year some idiot decided to smack their door into my running boards and even though powdercoated, they started to rust from the damage. Well nothing bedliner can't fix. While I was at it, I decided to bedline my frame rails.

Its a steering wheel wrap that you stitch yourself you choose the material and the 12 o'clock ring you can choose different colors aswell as the string to stitch. I got it from dh gate ran me 40$ i was sketched out a bit but turned out to be a really good quality wrap.

It looks wonderful and I bet it adds thickness which can only feel very nice. The thicker the better!
How long did the installation take and did you have to pull hard on the string, or the wrap was just the right size. Also, for all four sections, did you do one stitching or four?

Thanks yep it just feels really good smooth and thicc. I just pulled it snug and held pressure on the string every time i ran the needle through the loop i held it tight until i made the next loop. its the right size for the steering wheel. It took about an hour to do. All four sections were done. I measured out the string four times the length of each section and it was perfect. I had leftover string.
