Never have understood the need for a damper for a tailgate. Seems like a truly unnecessary gimmick for me. I mean, unless you have a medical need that would warrant it...it's not even like the tailgate is heavy.

John, which traction boards do you have? I'd like to pick up a set eventually and have no idea which are good? This will come in handy for sand, dirt, snow. ?
Bond shovel, compact, durable and lightweight.

Also, installed AFE air scoop.

I'll carry them for now in my Ranger but they're really for the Bronco. I'm sure I'll be going places that I shouldn't with that. lolI’ve used similar ones to help neighbors just after snow storm.
They work. ( just go slow and dont let them gun the throttle, lol)
I know you, Dave. You can't keep that up for very long.

Reminiscing back to your SCCA Days? Got to let the Ranger unwind a little. ?Hi Folks,
I gave my Ranger a romp on the freeway up to about 90 mph and put about 100 miles on the odo including a stop at a favorite restaurant in Nogales US on the Mexico boarder with our favorite server Christina. We gave her a Christmas tip and headed home. Ranger showed its power merging onto I19. Great truck!... We also turned 2000 on the odo on the trip for two years of ownership....1000 miles a year....Thank you Covid...
Best,
