I modified my 2008? Ranger scuff panels (purchased from Tasca) so they will fit in my 2020 Supercab.

All the tabs on the back got cut off, the backs cleaned/sanded and around 1/8" trimmed off all the way around. I rounded the corners, too.

Very happy with how they turned out. I'll install them tomorrow.

Note: The picture was made after the mess was cleaned up. :D

I forgot I had this SKB waterproof iSeries gun case in the attic. Learned a while ago hard cases are good for travel, but for practical trips to training or personal time on range a go-bag works best. Have not used it in years. Wait a minute... free storage and I don't have to spend a penny? I was like a fat kid outside a candy shop.

In a perfect alignment of stars, I disassembled the middle which housed the telescopic handle housing and the resulting channel that was left was perfect for the RCI side panels. I'm not quite done securing it how I want it (I want to add a strip of steel on the inside the bolts will go through to spread movement force evenly), but now I can have some exterior easy access storage for my sets of ratchet straps and other misc. cargo securing hardware. I will put a simple lock on it later cause someone would probably steal all my cheap Husky brand straps.

The case;

What is was for back in the day (sharing just for kicks);

The results thus far;

Finally installed my xdi hpfp. As far as I know I’m the only one to install it himself, not a shop. Pain in the ass but it’s doable. Had to customize the outlet to fit the stock fuel line. Had to bend the other fuel line to fine the inlet. And you need different screws as well. Full e85 working flawlessly and making way more power.

Curious, did you remove your air intake for a specific reason?
He's running a Safari Snorkel. The kit comes with a plug to block off the stock opening of the airbox and you cut a new opening on the fender side to attach new ducting.

Did you paint over the emblem with the paint pen? Looks like 3 colors used? Very Nice!!!

Ditch/ hood lights installed. :)
Baja designs S1 spot lights with Diode Dynamics ditch light bracket.

I chose the S1 as I have previous experience with them installed in my Raptor and they’re low profile look.
(they’re small but bright and takes less than 2 amps each).

Thanks @Glocker for the wiring tool advise and @RangerRaptor for his old posts about wiring through firewall.

Although I found it best to combine the wiring tool, with a reach/claw tool (see pic). Trust me, it will make your life easier. lol

Sorry no pictures... Right after I got the truck last year I added JL C1 series components to the front and coaxials for the rear. It's the base radio. I finally found the best amp upgrade, the Kicker Key 180.4, although there is a new one 200.4. I got it from plugnplaykits.com. He has the factory wiring harness included, so no wires need to be cut etc. The unit fits behind the small screen perfectly. Very nice sound volume improvement and dsp correction is fantastic. Very happy I waited and researched.
I replaced my radio but I got the optional amp that piggy backs off the radio. Fits great, sounds awesome!

I should do a write up. The pump needed modifying for the outlet and also different screws for the base plate. Pump is for the explorer st so a little modification was necessary. As far as I know I’m the only one who has done the job themselves instead of a shop.

I would too be interested in a write-up to answer a few questions like did you have to get new injectors etc.
